Low-cost carrier Breeze Airways said this week it had begun nonstop service between Charleston and New York-Newark, New Jersey, with fares as low as $49 one way. Breeze also flies out of Charleston to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, and Tampa and Orlando, Florida.
