Eric Manley scored on a 1-yard quarterback sneak with 1:58 left in the first quarter. Grant Havens kicked the extra point for a 7-0 advantage.
In the second quarter, Manley threw a 9-yard touchdown pass to Boston Webb for a 13-0 lead.
Isaiah Traylor ran 3 yards for a touchdown in the fourth quarter to break up the shutout.
The Pointers (0-1) threatened multiple times, driving to the EaglesÃÛÁÄÖ±²¥™ 12- and 23-yard lines before drives stalled.
Jack Montgomery led Eastern with 143 yards on 27 carries. Manley completed 10 of 24 passes for 126 yards.
Ethan Hunt paced South Point with 93 yards on nine attempts.
