The Fighting Tigers (12-11, 7-7 OVC) outscored the Redwomen in each quarter. Ironton led 35-26 after three periods, then ended on a 14-7 run to set the score.
Peyton Deer led the Tigers with 15 points. Lola Hankins scored 11 and Emerson White tallied 10.

That included RussellÃÛÁÄÖ±²¥™s 50-38 win in last yearÃÛÁÄÖ±²¥™s region tournament title game, as well as a 55-48 Red Devils victory on Jan. 24 in Russell.
Gabby Oborne scored 17 points and Kennedy Darnell dropped in 16 for Russell (21-7).
