HUNTINGTON ÃÛÁÄÖ±²¥” League champion Gallia Academy dominated the All-Ohio Valley Conference wrestling team.
Blue Devils occupied eight of the conferenceÃÛÁÄÖ±²¥™s 13 spots. Gallia AcademyÃÛÁÄÖ±²¥™s Garrytt Schwall (144 pounds) was named lightweight wrestler of the year. Teammate Brayden Easton took the heavyweight honor. GalliaÃÛÁÄÖ±²¥™s Todd May was tabbed coach of the year.
Other Blue Devils named to the team were Takota Storm (120), Eli Unroe (126), Todd Elliott (132), Wyatt Webb (138), Dakota McCoy (157) and Cole Hines (165). Also named to the team were C.J. Graham (106), Will Callicoat (150) and Christian Hardy (215) of Fairland; Gage Chapman (175) of South Point; and Nick Burns (285) of Chesapeake).
