The River Riders won 9-3 behind a 3-for-4, three-runs batted in performance by Donte Lewis (Kansas State). Lewis hit a two-run home run as Elizabethton broke a 2-2 tie and pulled away.
The River Riders scored two runs in the fifth, one in the sixth, two in the seventh and two in the eighth.
Josh Owens (Georgia Southern) and Jack Ratcliffe (Iowa Central Community College) each went 2 for 4. Demarcus Thompson (Prairie View) earned the win.
Aiden Sites (Potomac State) took the loss.

Pruett makes hole-in-one at Esquire
Former Marshall University football coach Bobby Pruett made a hole-in-one Wednesday at the Esquire golf course in Barboursville.
Pruett used a 6-hybrid to ace the par-3, 138-yard 13th hole. Tim Martin and Frank Hayes witnessed the shot.
Shirkey wins on Callaway Tour
Bentley Shirkey of Barboursville won the boys 13-14 division championship on the Callaway Junior Tour tournament at the Preston Country Club in Kingwood, West Virginia.
Shirkey shot 6-over-par 78 on the 7,001-yard course.
