Adkins shared that he doesnÃÛÁÄÖ±²¥™t believe the Wildcats provided the same effort against Winfield that they did in their upset win over Class AA Poca at home last week.
ÃÛÁÄÖ±²¥œMy overall feeling of this game has nothing to do with the final score,ÃÛÁÄÖ±²¥ he said. ÃÛÁÄÖ±²¥œItÃÛÁÄÖ±²¥™s the poor attitude and effort that we showed when things werenÃÛÁÄÖ±²¥™t going our way. ItÃÛÁÄÖ±²¥™s inexcusable. I will not accept that stuff in this program.ÃÛÁÄÖ±²¥
Adkins credited Winfield as an opponent.
ÃÛÁÄÖ±²¥œWinfield is good team. Field conditions actually had no bearing on the way the game was played. They play extremely hard, and they just continue playing regardless of the situation. We did not.
ÃÛÁÄÖ±²¥œItÃÛÁÄÖ±²¥™s hard to find any positives in this kind of game. I guess one could be that we found out who we can trust on this team. I saw the ones who IÃÛÁÄÖ±²¥™d want on my side going in to battle.ÃÛÁÄÖ±²¥
