We had some high temperatures this past week, but that will be changing. For this coming weekend and Memorial Monday, a rainy week ahead, but sunshine will be peeking through the clouds on occasion.
We start off Thursday with some showers and a possible thunderstorm that will continue into the night. Cooler summer temperatures in the mid 60s to low 70s. Rain clouds stay hoovering into Thursday night with low temperatures in the 40s.
Our weekend may feel slightly humid due to Thursday nightÃÛÁÄÖ±²¥™s rainfall. Partly cloudy skies and a scattered shower or two on Saturday. For the weekend, temperatures stay in the mid 60s to low 70s. At night, temperatures stay cool in the 40s. More clouds move in Sunday, bringing rain chances and a possible thunderstorm on our Memorial Day Monday.
Memorial Day and the work week begin damp with a low-pressure system coming in. When driving or making your daily commutes, leave your homes earlier than usual. Make sure to have a rain jacket and/or umbrella for Memorial Day Monday. Thunderstorms with heavy rain, strong winds, hail and the chance of a possible tornado could occur.
The low pressure will be hoovering over the Charleston area for a few days. Dry conditions will begin Wednesday afternoon. Storm clouds move out, but rain will still fall. A scattered shower or two is possible.
As we go into next Thursday, a high pressure pushes the rain clouds away, giving us warmer temperatures and another beautiful end to the week and a lovely, dry weekend.
