PROCTORVILLE, Ohio ÃÛÁÄÖ±²¥” A new boat and kayak ramp has been opened along the Ohio River, said Lawrence County Commissioner Mike Finley.

The ramp, which is open to the public, is part of an initiative by the Lawrence County Board of Commissioners to provide more recreational opportunities in the county, Finley said.
