IRONTON ÃÛÁÄÖ±²¥” Two Michigan brothers were sentenced Wednesday in Lawrence County Common Pleas Court to four to six years in prison for trafficking in cocaine.
Brandon C. Harris, 33, of Detroit, and his brother, Quentin M. Harris, 32, of Oak Park, Michigan, both pleaded guilty to the charges last month and were sentenced this week by Judge Andy Ballard.
In an unrelated case, Brendon LeGrand, 47, no address listed, admitted violating terms of his community control sanctions (probation). LeGrand was released from a treatment program, a violation of his probation. Ballard sentenced him to complete a four- to six-month program at the STAR Community Justice Center in Scioto County.
LeGrand also was ordered to complete a treatment program and continue on probation.
In other cases:
David A. Webb, 46, no address listed, was ordered to complete a 180-day program at STAR. He also faces vandalism and drunk driving charges in Lawrence County Municipal Court. He admitted violating terms of his probation by failing to advise law enforcement of a change of address. He also owes nearly $500 in court fees.
Russell Wayne Cox, 50, of County Road 14, Pedro, admitted violating terms of his intervention in lieu of conviction program requiring him to be drug- and alcohol-free for a year. He was ordered to complete the STAR relapse program and be drug- and alcohol-free for a year.
Randy E. Jackson, 48, of Township Road 179, Ironton, pleaded guilty in a felony case and was placed on probation for three years. Jackson also was ordered to pay $271 in restitution and do 200 hours of community service.
Edward T. Turner, 47, of Township Road 1167, Proctorville, admitted violated terms of his intervention in lieu of conviction program and was ordered to be drug- and alcohol-free for a year.
