Lawson, of Pedro, Ohio, was sentenced to death in February 2019 after pleading guilty to four counts of murder in the deaths of Devin Holston, 8; his mother, Stacey Holston, 24; her mother and LawsonÃÛÁÄÖ±²¥™s aunt, Tammie McGuire, 43; and TammieÃÛÁÄÖ±²¥™s husband, Donald McGuire, 50, on Oct. 11, 2017, at the HolstonsÃÛÁÄÖ±²¥™ home at Pedro.

Lawson also admitted to nine other counts, which included a knife attack the same day on Todd Holston, DevinÃÛÁÄÖ±²¥™s father and StaceyÃÛÁÄÖ±²¥™s husband, as well as burglary and abuse of a corpse.

TuesdayÃÛÁÄÖ±²¥™s hearing was regarding whether the defense is required to share the six-and-a-half-hour long tape of LawsonÃÛÁÄÖ±²¥™s psychological evaluation with the prosecution.

Ballard ordered the defense to share the tape with the prosecution within 14 days. The prosecution will have 90 days to tender the report following receipt of the copy of the tape.
