Traffic entering the Emergency Room entrance will still have access to get through as contractors work on half of the entrance at a time, according to the West Virginia Department of Transportation. However, traffic exiting the Emergency Room will detour to 12th Avenue.

All emergency personnel will be flagged through the construction zone, according to the DOT.

Drivers should proceed with extra caution and watch for flaggers, equipment and workers Monday. Delays can be expected.
