LISTED: Russ and Deb Lingenfelter of Milton are proud of their three grandsons, Tucker, Trevor and Logan, who are on the PresidentÃÛÁÄÖ±²¥™s List this spring semester at the colleges they attend. Tucker and Trevor attend Marshall University and Logan is on a baseball scholarship at West Virginia State University at Institute. Being on the PresidentÃÛÁÄÖ±²¥™s List at a college is an academic award for undergraduates who achieve a 4.0 GPA. Tucker and Trevor are the sons of Jason and Sara Lingenfelter of Barboursville. Tucker, who will be a senior next fall semester, is majoring in engineering, and Trevor, a sophomore next fall, is majoring in business management. Logan is the son of Brian and Angie Lingenfelter of Salt Rock and will be a senior next fall. He is majoring in nursing.

HIRED: Alden Flowers, a junior next fall at the University of Kentucky, realized a dream come true a couple weeks ago when he was hired as an assistant varsity and head freshman basketball coach at Lafayette High School in Lexington, Kentucky. During his two college years, he has been coaching elementary-age teams at Glendover Basketball League and, during the last three weeks, he has been coaching in the Lexington Hoop Dreams League. Alden, a sports journalism major at UK, is the grandson of John and Donna Flowers of Huntington and the son of Dr. Coy Flowers (1990 Barboursville High School grad) and Jonathan Hemby of Lexington, Kentucky.
